Over the years I've experienced that shaping a business that is relevant, purposeful and fit for the future, is hard work. No matter if it's about developing a strategy, building brands, establishing new businesses, or accelerating innovation. But it can also be fun, engaging, motivating and exciting, energizing people in the organization and beyond.

The key to success is to start with visualizing the end 'what would success look like', then to develop a shared vision together, work out the direction in co-creation, and finally to translate that into smart practical initiatives to act upon. Energizing a team to collectively shape the future helps to unlock the entrepreneurship in people. It takes however a well thought through program to ignite the change and for the team to then walk the talk.

In my experience, the combination of designing and guiding a team through these programs, while also managing a team, as well as managing the daily business, and developing the business of tomorrow, is challenging. Reflecting on my 18 years in leadership roles in multinationals, I decided to do what truly energizes me and what I enjoy most, which is developing and facilitating ‘next level’ programs to help companies accelerate their business success.

So, I founded Ymagine. To let you lead your business and team, and with Ymagine have a partner to guide and help you on your way through the unfamiliar but exciting territory of innovative and strategic thinking and give it practical shape.

Seeing teams become more energized, inspired and motivated to contribute to creating sustainable impact, is what makes me jump out of bed in the morning with a smile.
